It’s time for the makeup tip of the month again. This segment excites me the most, because I get to share with you some of my makeup knowledge, and possibly help you guys out a bit more with your makeup application.

I know how much all of us want to create all those amazing eye looks using all of those colorful eyeliner but just can’t justify buying all those eyeliners to only use a few times. I know! I feel the exact same way. And I found a way to get around this, and will share it with you guys in this post.

So, this month’s tip is:

Making colorful eyeliner out of the existing eyeshadows

Ok, let me explain myself. Many of you might have heard of this trick at some point, even I have created a look using this trick. When I first found out about it, I thought to myself, it’s too good to be true but in fact it’s quite easy and effective.

All you need to do is to dampen your angled eyeliner brush (the finer the better) with some MAC Fix+ or any other face mist, and pick up the eyeshadow from the pan and apply it just like a regular eyeliner. And voilΓ‘! It totally works!

As you can see by the swatches below, it looks just as good as a normal eyeliner.

So, quit buying lots of colorful eyeliners and make the most of your colorful eyeshadows.
